overally very nice hotel but can be a bit pricey. rather old air conditioning system taht is hard to adjust.

Disliked: Lack of indication in lift of which floor Reception is on. Illogical numbering on car spaces which made it difficult to find.

This was our second visit to Central Dockside.
Excellent position for easy access to the City without feeling as if you were right in the CBD. Good facilities. Value for money. Friendly and efficient staff.

Disliked: Being next to the lift for our five night stay. We would request a different location for our next stay. It did not, however, distub us sufficiently to ask to be moved.

Our family of 4 were very happy with our stay at the Central Dockside Apartments. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay so we could prepare our own meals to save money. More importantly, the beds were comfortable. Lovely views overlooking the Brisbane River and very close to the city. It was also great having a restaurant, bottle shop, convenience store and hair dresser positioned right next to the Apartments. We would not hesitate coming back for another stay or recommending it to family and friends.

Liked: Reasonably priced for a clean, comfortable and convenient stay close to the city.
Disliked: Motel only had 4 broken tennis rackets for the half tennis court. Very disappointing but we made do with hand tennis and still had fun.

We stayed at Dockside Apartments for 2 nights and found it very disappointing. It looked completey different to the photos on the internet. Obviously one of the better rooms were photographed for the internet. My family and i could not wait to check out as we all got bitten by something in the apartment. We all had bite marks on us and were very itchy. There must be some kind of fleas or mites in the apartment. There was also a terrible smell, the second shower in the apartment had mould on the bottom of the shower screen. We had to rinse the dishes before we used them as they too were dirty. Overall we did not enjoy our stay At Dockside @Central apartments. Upon our checkout we were not asked how our stay was which I thought was quite rude. I will not be recommending this apartment to anyone.

The only problem: a dangerous \"edge\" on the floor, when entering the bathroom.

Maid service was only fair, and did not take place until mid-afternoon.

during stay, had problem with water -no water for one nite and half of the ff morning- ways to resume service not quick enough- we wasted half a day\'s stay.location though was fanrastic and quiet.
