The reception staff were fantastic! I had a terrible day and they were so welcoming and lovely.I was not aware beforehand that the bathroom would be shared; I could not work out how to watch the TV way up in a cupboard...given that accomm in Bris that day was unavailable this was an emergency choice and I wsa overall more than satisfied, but only for one night.
